Kristina Hermanson was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Select Harvests Limited on 3 August 2026. Kristina has more than 25 years of global experience across agricultural processing, manufacturing, FMCG and institutional investment management. Prior to joining Select Harvests, she was Head of APAC & Africa at Nuveen Natural Capital. Kristina has also held senior leadership roles with FMC Corporation, Coca-Cola Amatil and Archer Daniels Midland. She currently serves as a Director of the Australian Farm Institute and recently served as a Non-Executive Director of Marquis Macadamias.
