Appointed to the Board effective 5 June. Steven is an experienced ASX-listed company director and former chief executive with more than 30 years’ experience driving strategic growth across multi-brand, consumer-facing businesses. Steven is currently Chairman of Cettire Limited (ASX:CTT). He was previously Chairman of Breville Group Limited (ASX:BRG), The Reject Shop Limited (ASX:TRS) and Laybuy Group Holdings Limited (ASX:LBY). Earlier in his career, Steven spent 25 years as Managing Director of the Voyager Group of Companies, a leading Australian branded apparel manufacturer and distributor. He brings deep experience in retail, integrated multi-geography supply chains and ASX governance.
